please help me to upgrate beta6 to beta7

I've downloaded vb3 beta6 from
http://pcforum.ru/site/download/vBulletin.3.0.0.beta.6.(Nullified).zip
and after that i downloaded beta7 from
http://www.den1ska.ru/download/vbb/...l_Hats_team.rar
now i want to upgrade the version beta 6 to beta 7 how do i do it? (please tell me this step by step because i don't want to lose any information)

1). Make a backup copy Mysql of base
mysqldump - opt -uusername -p databasename > databasename.sql

2). Edit config.php pursuant to the data

3). Inject all files on the server, instead of aged

4). Start of updating(up-dating) www.your_host.com/install/upgrade.php

5). Remove or rename a folder /install

The updating finished:-)
