как правильно и грамотно переставить Dns и Ad в сети

проблемы с DNS уже достали, поэтому решаюсь переставить его

подскажите как правильно и в какой последовательности сносить DNS и AD.

можно ли сохраниить учетные записи пользователей, чтоб рабочий стол и все кукисы остались при них, а не новыен записи

поднять резервный контроллер домена среплицировать на тего все перетянуть роли мастера операций на старом все снести и сделать обратное
