The following experience and personal profile is sought:
• University Degree in Information Technology.
• Must be able to support and configure Panasonic PBX, Automated Voice Mail System and IP telephony devices.
• Strong practical experience with MS Windows 2003 Active Directory; Exchange 2003 and Windows 2003 in multi-site environment, DNS, DHCP, Remote Offices, hardware and software VPN. Wireless Networking. Ability to create completely new IT infrastructure for a new Office.
• Knowledge of modern Corporate Antivirus and Antispam systems.
• Strong Hardware Firewalls knowledge, advanced proxy servers.
• Experience in Disaster Recovery Planning and Successful Recovery for complex systems.
• SMART network switches, VLANs.
• Have a proactive problem-solving attitude to be able to identify and resolve process issues.
• Ability to bring and implement new technologies and services.
• MS Office 2003 advanced user, support of other common office applications and programs.
• Theoretical knowledge of MS Access, MS SQL 2000-2005 and Visual Basic.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and react to situations with a sense of urgency and problem ownership, with a focus on customer service.
• Must be fluent in English and Russian - both written and spoken.
English is the working language in the office.
