Нехватка системных ресурсов

Привет, может кто-то поможет, я проделал тест системы, оказалось, что имеется нехватка системных ресурсов. Непонятно почему, ведь �_С новый, имеет кучу места.

Available system resources are getting low.

System Resources is a calculated value that is a combination of
the "USER" and "GDI" Windows components and is reported as a
percentage of free resources. When the calculated free
resources drop to a low percentage the system will prevent
additional application from loading or prevent tasks from being
completed.

USER is a work manager that tracks input from the keyboard,
mouse, and other devices and outputs to the screen by managing
icons, menus, application windows, etc. USER also tracks the
interaction with the sound driver and communication ports.
When the free USER resources drop to a low percentage the
system will prevent additional application from loading or
prevent tasks from being completed.

The Graphical Device Interface (GDI) is used every time a
program writes to the screen and graphics support for printers
and other output devices. The GDI draws graphic primitives,
manipulates bitmaps, and interacts with device-independent
graphics drivers, including those for display and printer
output device drivers. When the free GDI resources drop to a
low percentage the system will prevent additional application
from loading or prevent tasks from being completed.
