Разыскиваются программисты для работы над Excel parser

Задание: надо написать код "Excel parser" (такой же от Zakkis не подходит) для вБ хака
Оплата: приблизительно 200$, и больше по необходимости (надо указать, каким способом их перевести, можно и PayPal
Время: по возможности быстрее, так месяца полтора на все

1. What is does:
members can upload their csv file to their journal (OR to another template). The forum calculates the 3 values (=macro mimic in K8,K9,K10) and show them in the journal as A) as numbers (output) below the avatar B) OR as a graph like the link below (y-axis is values x-axis is Months / Times)

If you do not manage the graph - it can show like "January.... TSS value 200". "January IF value 90" "normalized Power value 220". The fixed value in K5 they can enter next to the upload). The graph can also be made after your vacation.

2) Limit the number of saved items to for example 12 times (12 Months, or 12 times and then they start on 1 again - This point is not really too important). You do what is best for programming.

3) Make this so that we later can add other type of graphs without the macro routine ( like if we want to show a graph for how the time, watts, HRM (heart rate) and grade fluctuate... we use the same csv file actually. BUT this graph is not going over Months... it is just for One file at the time... and this can be in the template for daily posting in the journal.

4) write install instructions to me (like add this code here and there....)

Also, if journal hack change... please write the code so it is not too hard to change it if the journal hack change or is rewritten. I really do not know what is happening with that journal hack and I have other and more plans for the journal too. If people are happy with the graphs perhaps I will keep the journal hack like it is with the graphs and then include some other training diary for triathletes.
