Да нет, я думал ты про Zend говоришь :-(

народ поставил PHPEd, классный вообще редактор, понравилось то что код легко выравнивать. Только вот незадача, дебаггер не пашит, я при установке указал путь до существующего пхп а он мне ошибку выдает сначало что не может загрузить библиотеку php_dbg.dll но это скорее всего пхп кричал а потом такая ошибка

попробуйте tswebeditor.
подсветка более 40 языков встроенная подсказка, шаблоны - набираете вразу и она поменяется на полный текст, и .п.т.
и все это бесплатно..
очень удобно программить
шаблоны там рулят..
например вводим for и нажимаем ctrl+j и получаем сразу конструкцию

можно как-то настроить EditPlus или другую какую-нить прогу для нормального понимания koi8-r? в EditPlus есть reopen as... но кои8 нету

А Zend Studio никто не пробовал?
по мне дак лучше IDE нету...
